How Pricing Works

This calculator provides a general estimate for mobile notary and loan signing services in the Florida Keys.

Because the Keys stretch across 130 miles from Key Largo to Key West, travel is priced using service zones rather than exact mileage calculations. Each mobile appointment includes up to 5 notarizations, with additional notarization $10 each starting at stamp #6.

Loan signing pricing varies based on document type, location, scheduling, and printing and scanning requirements. The calculator reflects typical pricing for direct clients and is before volume client discounts. Final pricing may vary depending on the assignment. *Preferred clients get free scanbacks and signer copies.
