Physical notarial records are retained for at least 5 years;

RON session recordings and logs are retained for 10 years;

We retain general business records for as long as required by law or legitimate business needs.

6. How We Protect Your Information

  • Secure cloud storage and limited access controls

  • Two-factor authentication on notary platforms
