Document Preparedness

All signers must present an unexpired, government-issued photo ID such as a passport or driver license at the time of notarization.

Mobile travel fees cover scheduled travel time throughout the Florida Keys. Travel fees are due upon booking confirmation.

Documents must be fully completed prior to arrival. Notaries verify signatures but are legally prohibited from drafting or advising on legal documents.

Remote Online Notarization & Cancellation Guidelines

Florida Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions require a stable internet connection, identity proofing, and credential analysis. Signers failing initial authentication checks may reschedule, though session processing fees remain non-refundable.

Mobile appointments cancelled at least two hours prior to the scheduled start time incur no cancellation penalty beyond standard transaction costs. Urgent after-hours or weekend dispatch fees are confirmed prior to mobile notary departure.
