Free consultation. Maybe you're doing a small project in the Keys like a fence, driveway, walkway, patio slab, cabinets, flooring, interior doors, or anything owner-builder friendly that you might not need a General Contractor for but you do need a permit. You might not want a huge bill, a rejected permit application, or a freakin migraine but you do want someone who is experienced, highly organized, and knows the process and gets results the first time around. Schedule an appointment and we can talk about your project and see if I can help you out.

Experienced with local contractors and homeowners and have assisted with the submission and notarization of over 200 permit applications throughout the municipalities of Monroe County, Village of Islamorada, City of Key West, Marathon, Miami-Dade County, City of Miami, City of Homestead, and Broward building departments since 2021. Its a small administrative role but Tylenol comes in a small package too.

My fees start from $150 and includes permit package assembly using info you provide along with required forms. Upgraded packages with notarizations and application submission available for $250. This service does not include permit fees, or cover architect or engineering bills (if required) which are separate. I would compile all your project's information in an organized reviewer ready packet so it can be submitted completely and confidently. I could also handle relaying revisions/corrections (if any) and related correspondence until approval with upgraded package. Inspection coordination is $50 per inspection.

And if you think you have it mostly handled I also have a few simple checklists available to download free on my website just in case you want to compare notes. *digital products are not specific to any job and are for general reference.

*Disclaimer: I provide administrative permit packet prep, notary service, and submitting permit applications as authorized. I am not a licensed contractor, engineer, architect, or attorney.

**I do not control construction means or methods, guarantee permit approval, or assume responsibility for code compliance, contractor performance, inspection results, or governmental decisions.

For projects like residential fences, patio slabs, driveways, walkways, window/door replacements, small exterior concrete, simple accessory structures. So basically if your at the Home Depot and you're picking up material and a helper for an easy shed install you could also save some money by calling me. An average after the fact permit could roll you into the thousands and code officials issue code violations running anywhere from $250 - $1000 PER DAY and up to $5000 PER DAY in fines for serious violations that are tough to fix. I like to cut corners but when a permit is needed spending smart, saving time, and preventing headaches could be your best move. Don't wait another day
