Yes, Florida allows Remote Online Notarization (RON) for documents, letting signers and notaries use audio-visual tech for electronic signatures, with the notary physically in Florida, following laws from Jan 2020. (Chapter 2019-71, Laws of Florida). To use RON, signers can be ANYWHERE globally but need a computer/device, while notaries must be commissioned in Florida, complete specific training, get a surety bond/insurance, and use approved tech for video, identity proofing, and recording.
